Terms of Use

Effective Date: September 30, 2026

Welcome to tempsmails.com. By accessing or using our website and temporary email services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Description of the Service

tempsmails.com provides temporary and disposable email addresses for short-term use.

The service is provided for convenience and may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Temporary email addresses and messages are not intended for permanent storage or long-term communication.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use tempsmails.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others.

You are responsible for your use of the service and for any activity performed through a temporary email address provided by our website.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use tempsmails.com to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or abusive communications.

• Conduct fraud, scams, phishing, or other deceptive activities.

• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful content.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.

• Impersonate another person or organization for fraudulent purposes.

• Engage in activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the operation or security of our website or services.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the service when we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated or that the service is being abused.

4. Temporary Email and Message Availability

Temporary email addresses and messages are intended to be temporary.

Messages may be automatically deleted after a limited period and may not be recoverable. We do not guarantee that a temporary email address or any message will remain available for any particular length of time.

Because temporary email addresses are disposable, you should not use them for important accounts, password recovery, financial services, or any situation where continued access to the email address is required.

5. Service Availability and Reliability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, successful email delivery, or error-free operation.

The service may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, security measures, third-party service issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Third-Party Services

Our website may rely on third-party services, infrastructure, advertising providers, analytics services, or other external providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions, failures, policies, or actions of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, security, or suitability of the service for a particular purpose.

You use the service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tempsmails.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from or related to:

• Your use or inability to use the service.

• Loss or deletion of temporary email addresses or messages.

• Failed, delayed, or undelivered emails.

• Unauthorized access or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

• Reliance on information or services provided through the website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature or functionality of the website.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of tempsmails.com after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
